Valle Lindo Homes (translated to beautiful valley homes) was constructed in two phases for households with a percentage of income that is derived from agricultural work. Valle Lindo Homes-II offers town-house units, two to four bedrooms with an open floor plan.

Click the Applicant Login button below to apply and be added to the waiting list.  No application fee. Monthly rent is not subsidized; $300 security deposit is required. Income and rent limits apply as established by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission using the current 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% limits.

Being on the waiting list does not obligate the applicant to anything, nor does it guarantee eligibility or that a unit will be offered.  It simply means the applicant will be contacted when their name comes up.
